The ITS Team handling your campaign is composed of the following:

The Data Team

• Data Researcher — identifies target market and 3rd party lists that may help your project
• Data Manager — IT specialist that tailors the PipelineCRM© system to your project needs and builds the necessary analytics
• Data Builder — implements telephone and web based research to identify the names and titles you need to target to generate leads

Primary Agent

• Assigned to make the calls on behalf of Client’s company
• Highly experienced in setting up appointments for IT companies
• Present in Client meetings to ensure he/she possesses a good understanding of Client’s specifications for the appointments and goals for the campaign
• Adheres to the script as provided by Client and reviewed by the Account Manager
• Performs automatic phone transfers (as/when applicable)
• Signs up qualified prospects to the Client’s online registration (as/when applicable)
• E-mails information as specified by Client to qualified prospects (as/when applicable)

Account Manager

• Client’s point of contact within ITS
• Person designated to contact Client should any questions arise regarding the campaign
• Directly manages the whole campaign, making sure that appointments/leads are delivered on time
• Assigns the appropriate agent(s) for the campaign

Quality Assurance Analyst

• Reviews the calls of the ITS agent
• Checks that all information required by the Client has been collected during the call
